Hi guys, when trying to create a studio switch even for animation, Keyshot Studio just crashes.
I am on build 161 [4.11.250[ Version13.1.0
Windows 11, RTX 4090, AMD 5950X
Have submitted a crash report.
I’ve tried it here but no instant crash. Must say it was just a quick test scene so nothing complicated.
What drivers do you currently use? I’m on the latest Nvidia from August, Studio version (560.81).
If you don’t have those might switch to them. I always install the drivers but not the Geforce Experience stuff, so select Advanced Setup I think it’s called. Then I also enable the checkbox ‘clean installation’. Which will remove your custom profiles you might have for software/games but will at least install all Nvidia related things fresh.
(you can backup the profiles using a tool called NvidiaProfileInspector, where you can import them after the new drivers with a click).
If you have a scene you are allowed/able to share where it always happens I’m sure the developers would like you to send it to them. They often help fixing more vague bugs.
